वेस्टइंडीज के खिलाफ वनडे सीरीज के लिए भारतीय टीम का ऐलान कर दिया गया है। 14 सदस्यी टीम का पहले दो मैचों के लिए चुनी गई है। इस टीम में कई बड़े बदलाव देखने को मिले हैं। एशिया कप में टीम का हिस्सा रहे दिनेश कार्तिक को बाहर का रास्ता दिखा दिया गया है। वहीं उनकी जगह युवा ऋषभ पंत को टीम में मौका मिला है।
मोहम्मद शमी को मौका
पिछले साल अक्टूबर में ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ अपना अंतिम वनडे मैच खेले वाले मोहम्मद शमी की भारतीय टीम में वापसी हुई है। शमी के अलावा कप्तान विराट कोहली भी वेस्टइंडीज वनडे टीम में शामिल किये गए हैं।
