ऑस्ट्रेलिया और भारत के बीच खेले जा रहे बॉर्डर-गावस्कर ट्रॉफी का दूसरे टेस्ट मैच पर्थ में खेला जा रहा है। रविवार को पर्थ टेस्ट मैच के तीसरे दिन का खेल हुआ जिसमें दिन की समाप्ति तक ऑस्ट्रेलिया ने मैच में एक बार फिर से वापसी करते हुए अपनी कुल बढ़त 175 कर ली है।

पर्थ टेस्ट मैच के तीसरे दिन के खेल की समाप्ति तक ऑस्ट्रेलिया ने 4 विकेट के नुकसान पर 132 रनों का स्कोर बना लिया है। इससे पहले ऑस्ट्रेलिया के गेंदबाजों ने बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन करते हुए अपनी पहली पारी 326 रन के जवाब में भारतीय पारी को 283 के स्कोर पर समेटा था।
ऑस्ट्रेलिया को भारतीय टीम ने उनकी पहली पारी में दूसरे दिन के खेल में 326 रनों के स्कोेर पर पहली पारी समेटी। जिसके बाद भारतीय टीम ने अपनी पहली पारी शुरु की।
तीसरे दिन विराट कोहली का 25वां शतक रहा सबसे ज्यादा सुर्खियों में
दूसरे दिन भारत ने खेल की समाप्ति तक अपनी पहली पारी में 172 के स्कोर पर 3 विकेट गंवाए जिससे आगे उन्होंने तीसरे दिन खेलना शुरू किया। तीसरे दिन भारतीय टीम को अपना पहला विकेट पहले ही ओवर में रहाणे के रूप में खोना पड़ा।
लेकिन इसके बाद विराट कोहली ने शानदार पारी खेलते हुए 123 रन बनाए। विराट कोहली ने अपने टेस्ट करियर का 25वां शतक जड़ा।
